This book is aimed to develop the communication abilities of the students. It is specially designed and written according to the syllabus for the students of B.Com (Hons.), Semester-II, BCH 2.1 and B.Com (Prog.), Semester-IV, BC 4.1 introduced in the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) in the Central Universities including the University of Delhi and other courses too.
