We at manakinpress.com always have you in mind, so we strive to make sure that our products reach you in their original condition. Still if an item ordered by you on manakinpress.com is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at orders@manakinpress.com ASAP. We will guide you about how to refund the book to us for a replacement.
How can I return a product ordered from manakinpress.com?
Please write to orders@manakinpress.com in case of damage caused to a product during transit, we shall make arrangements to replace the damaged product and in case of any faulty /damaged /wrong books, we provide a complaint period of 7 days for return. We shall make a full refund of the book cost excluding the shipping charge. Refund will be released only after the book is returned to us in good condition acceptable to us.
Returns are accepted if a wrong item is shipped by manakinpress.com. We do not accept returns if the customer changes his/her mind or does not want the book anymore. Books once shipped cannot be returned. We can however accept returns within 7 days of shipping of the book if the book is damaged or defective.
