About the Book
Greening Intellectual Property for the Protection of Environment: Renditions and Prospects explores the dynamic relationship between
intellectual property (IP) rights and environmental sustainability. Challenging conventional narratives shaped by North–South disparities,
the book reimagines IP as a tool for ecological resilience. Covering themes like green innovation, eco-technology, environmental justice,
sustainable infrastructure, and spiritual ecology, it features contributions blending legal, technical, and ethical perspectives.
From green patents to technology transfer, the volume highlights IP’s potential to drive environmental change. A timely resource for
scholars, policymakers, and advocates, it offers fresh insights and a compelling call to action for a more sustainable legal and
environmental future.
