She has done her Bachelor Degree in Computer Applications in year 2011, Masters in Computer Applications in 2013. Her doctoral work is on Sentiment Analysis on Social Issues using Machine Learning Techniques. Her papers have received space in various National & International Journals and Conferences. Her teaching experience is more than 9 years. She has specialization in the area of Machine Learning, Cloud Computing & Internet of Things etc. Her long experience and knowledge are reflected in her book “Python Programming: A Step-by-Step Guide to Learning the Language”. She has a fundamental understanding of the needs of the students and has tried to bring them out in her books.
Poonam Rana completed her Bachelor Degree in Computer Applications in 2011 and Master Degree in Computer Applications in 2014 from Himachal Pradesh University. She is pursuing her Ph.D in network and computer based security from Chandigarh University. She has received several merit certificates in matric, higher secondary, undergraduate and post graduate levels. Her areas of specialization include Network and Computer Security, Internet of Things, Fog Computing. Dr. T. P. S. Brar is currently working as a Professor & Head of Department at the Department of Computer Applications, Chandigarh Business School of Administrations, Mohali.
