V Privezemtsev

V.Privezemtsev was a scholar specialising in Cable Engineering. He’s the author of Fundamentals of Cable Engineering, which is a classical and very strong technical treatise on Cable Engineering. First published in 1973, it has been a good reference for students studying Electrical or Communication Engineering for several years. I. Grodnev, S. Kholodny, I. Ryazanov also contributed to this book.
