Information technology is the governing force of 21st century and e-governance is its major pillar. In democracy public accountability, transparency, accessibility, responsiveness, rule of law etc., are certain parameters that define as to how true is democracy or the rule of law is in a society. It is here that e-governance is helping governments and societies in getting closer to end user by ending human intervention in their delivery.
