Rted. ‘G’ level scientist, CBRI
After retiring as a ‘G’ level scientist from Central Building Research Institute, Dr Manjit Singh has focused on spreading his knowledge through writing. He is a member of Materials Research Society of India, Indian Science Congress, and several other committees related to gypsum, lime and cement.
Dr Manjit Singh holds a Ph. D. in Chemistry with a thesis on the use of Phosphogypsum in Building Materials. Post its completion, he started working at Central Building Research Institute where he got practical experience in Africa, Europe, and Asia with his work on Phosphogypsum. In a career spanning over three decades, his research has been cited by international authors countless number of times and his research papers have received many awards.
