O.V. Kononov

O.V. Kononov was a Russian Geology scholar. He specialised in the geological processes of mineral formation and mineral associations including weathering process, sedimentation, and the metaphoric process amongst others. He co-authored a book on Mineralogy with A.V. Mliovsky. It was first published in 1982 and has since been reprinted several times as it continues to be relevant.
